The Bristol is a collection of seventeen modern townhomes designed by TSW Architects and developed and built by Cablik Enterprises. Located in the heart of downtown Chamblee, The Bristol brings modern architecture to the nostalgic and historic town of Chamblee.
The developer, Alan Cablik, was inspired by the rich history and present-day transformation of Chamblee as well as the confluence of all modes of transportation including streets, rail and aviation that surround the project in all directions. During the process of making the project a reality, the team kept that confluence of transportation in mind during the design phase and gave inspiration to the name, The Bristol.
Bristol was a British aviation company responsible for building some of Great Britain’s most beautiful aircraft, such as the Bristol 2FB Fighter used during WW1, the Beaufighter of WW2, and then supersonic projects such as the Type 223 Project and the Type 188 Project, which eventually led to the design and realization of The Concorde.
The symbolism of Bristol’s aircrafts of beauty, history, transformation and future is also symbolic of Chamblee as it transforms into the next great community in Metro Atlanta. Chamblee’s transformation is spearheaded by stunning projects like The Bristol. This symbolism is what inspired Alan to give this supersonic project its name.
Construction of The Bristol has begun and once completed in 10-12 months, The Bristol will be a collection of 17 three and four-bedroom modern homes with ELEVEN different floor plans priced between $559,900 and $859,900, ranging from 1800 to 3200 sq.ft.
